Catastrophe claims

When your community is hit by severe weather, members of Progressive's National Catastrophe Response Team—specially trained and equipped claims representatives—jump in quickly to help.

The team responds to weather-related emergencies, such as hurricanes, hailstorms, tornadoes and floods, which affect large numbers of Progressive customers.

Together with local Progressive people, they determine how much damage the storm caused and how many customers it affected, then implement a recovery plan.
