I called got quote on my new car policy and person said would you like a quote on home and I did am so biased I did I saved about $1,000 dollars!!! Norma Love

I love the insurance policy the only thing is i feel like I have no privacy with the GPS tracking device on my vehicle to see driving patterns other then that I hope I don't have to have this device on much longer

After working for Progressive in the claims department for 3 years, i know how much Progressive values their customers. Progressive will fight for accuracy and advocacy, and there is no other insurance company that I feel truly safe with to protect me from vulnerability.

At first, the girl I talked to explained everything and gave me her phone number and extension. However, when I tried to call her to sign up, she refused to answer or reply to my messages. That didn't make me happy. When I talked to a higher up she smoothed it all out and now I am happy.
