It would’ve been nice to receive something in the mail about a policy number or anything other than the only thing I received, which was to contact you so that I will no longer receive paper statements. Now, why would I want to do that when I’ve gotten nothing else from you?

Grateful for the representative that help me through the process. I have been a State Farm customer for over 50 years and they decided to kick me to the curb so to speak because my two daughters I’ve had accidents in the meantime there had not been very many claims made on the policy over the years, the payments were always automatically withdrawn, so wasn’t anything to deal with being paid it was all about and even the one daughter was no longer on my policy. They wouldn’t so I’m grateful.
