I was with statefarm almost paying 5,000 a year!! For 2014 and a 2016 vehicle even added another vehicle and saving $1500.00 A year is needed in today’s economy!! Being a Senior fixed income, my last conversation with statefarm went like this when I tried to turn in a claim. Your car is old not worth fixing. And I didn’t get no check no repairs. FULL COVERAGE on the vehicle!! That’s why I switched!!

The sales associate was very easy to work with and was very quick with a quote. The insurance was reasonable and fair which made a very easy decision to switch to Progressive.

Transferring the app to a new phone has been a pain. Still have old number in policy,even though I verified the new number with customer service. Unable to access the entire app
