6 MONTHS OF HELL WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE FIRST THING I DID WHEN IT WAS DUE FOR RENEWAL WAS TO CANCEL AND COME BACK TO PROGRESSIVE! GLAD TO BE BACK.

Dear Progressive team, I am deeply concerned that you threaten to raise my auto insurance premium if I do not share my location 24/7. I believe this is a breach of my privacy. I strongly disagree with this approach. Sharing location should only be optional—when I use the app or when driving—not a requirement. If I had the option not to share my location, you’d be the best company in the world. I hope you reconsider this policy and respect my privacy going forward.

We just signed up because our privious insurance premiums kept raising with now answers. And Progressive was the insurance that worked with what we needed at a lower cost.
