The sales associate was very easy to work with and was very quick with a quote. The insurance was reasonable and fair which made a very easy decision to switch to Progressive.

I came back to Progressive after 2 years of being virtually ignored by AllState except for robo emails. Your customer service is superior. Also your app is much better than theirs.
