Your insurance is good but snapshot is horrible. You seriously need to fix your parameters on what is a hard brake. When driving the speed limit if a light turns yellow and you immediately start slowing down it still says it’s a hard brake. Most of my hard brakes aren’t hard braking at all. Like not even close to a hard brake. Everybody I know that has snapshot (except me) runs red lights so they don’t get a hard brake. So you are in fact making the road more dangerous than it already is. Please fix the issue. It’s unbelievable and I’m thinking about switching insurance companies over it.
