I found the quoted premium quite high, and I was unable to find options during the quote process that accurately reflected my situation. I have a driver’s license issued by the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Foreign Missions (OFM), and I have been a licensed driver for more than three years, although I do not yet have a driving history in the United States. I also tried to obtain assistance by email so that I could get an auto insurance quote bundled with renters insurance, but I was unable to do so. I believe having the opportunity to explain my specific circumstances and obtain a combined quote could have resulted in a more accurate and competitive rate.

They are ok some customer service representatives are not nice and listen to what was told to them without having to repeat myself.

Overall consistent and considerate to their long term customers but savings should be easier to access when we are asking can anything else be done to lower these rates. From rep to rep it can be different information that is available to the customer.
