I was afraid to switch carriers, having not done so in 25+ years. However, the Progressive online purchasing process was very simple to follow and complete. My rates were cut in half from what I've been paying for the same coverage elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised.

I love having Snap Shot it monitors my driving. It's to go online to see how your driving has been. And after shopping for car insurance and looking at quote after quote Progressive gave me the best deal and more for my money with awesome coverage.

I asked for a revised quote from my insurance agent and they provided multiple options. I immediately knew Progressive was my choice (even though they gave me 25 hours to respond) Thank you, Progressive for saving me time and most importantly money.

I was very frustrated with progressive. But their representative by the name of Elena called me back, took the time out to make sure I was happy and my issue was resolved. She went above and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was happy so with that being said progressive is a great company and Elena is an also an employee. You should be lucky to have her.
