needs to be more personal with customers. really felt disconnected from company when there was an issue. Instead of helping with the issue they just cancel policy.

Everything is good, however I want to make sure I don't need to do anything else. I also need a COI and have sent 2-3 request and I don't think my customer has rec'd yet.
