I must have got the best person that worked there the day I called to get boat insurance. The lady knew absolutely every answer to all my questions and it helped me out tremendously. She’s the best.

I purchase Progressive insurance through a licensed agent. Progressive offers RV coverage which is a better option for me. I shop insurance annually because it seems I get my customer loyalty increase at every renewal.

I have not talk to any customer service representative as my agent handled everything for me but an incident with a progressive customer had me talked to a representative and she was very nice. They were very helpful too.

It’s very easy to get the insurance and the ap is very nice and easy to use. It seems a little pricey but many people I know use this company and have had great things to say so I got it and I’m pleased so far.
