Plus, you can track your claims process online or through our mobile app. Once you file, a claims representative begins the process as soon as possible. Whether you report your claim over the phone or online, you can still view and track the progress of your claim in real-time online or through our mobile app.
Report a claim online or through our mobile app
Simply log in to your policy to get started, and we'll ask you questions about the following:
- Type of claim (accident, glass, theft/vandalism, fire, weather)
- Date of incident
- Location of incident
- Vehicles involved
- People involved
If eligible and you’re repairing your vehicle, you can request an appointment with a repair shop in our network.
Once you file your claim, we send you confirmation with your claim number for reference and ask you if you have content to share. If so, we send you a new loss email and provide you with a link to securely share information like photos, videos, and documents. We also let you know when to expect a claims representative to call you.
Track your claim online
After your claim is filed, you can check the status in real-time. You’ll be able to see:
- Claim status
- Contact info for your claims rep and repair shop
- A list of policy coverages and limits at the time of loss
- Your repair estimate
- The repair or inspection status of your vehicle
- The total loss status of your vehicle
- An overview of payments
- Deductible recovery status
- How to send a message to your claims rep
