I've already sent my comments in the previous screen. I do not like apps on my phone and you forced me to do that in order to get a discount You have my driving record, why do you feel the need to follow me thru an app?

I do not believe progressive could do anything more than the agent. He's done for me already.

Progressive was very easy to navigate online and buy our insurance. I had to call once about adding my Tractor and the young Lady was very professional and guided me right to the final step.
