I recommended your company to my son and he is very impressed with your service after he was rear-ended. Although I find your commercials entertaining, I would prefer that you invest the millions you spend on customer support and service.

6 MONTHS OF HELL WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE FIRST THING I DID WHEN IT WAS DUE FOR RENEWAL WAS TO CANCEL AND COME BACK TO PROGRESSIVE! GLAD TO BE BACK.
